NDIS participants and the people supporting them often have to repeat themselves to every new contractor that comes through the door. We started these NDIS cleaning services in Adelaide so the people we work with don't have to do that. Same cleaner, same checklist, same arrival window — and an admin process plain enough that plan managers and self-managed participants can both work with it without chasing paperwork.
Adelaide is our home base, so we know the suburbs, the access quirks, and the public-transport realities our cleaners need to navigate to be on time. We work with families directly, with support coordinators on behalf of participants, and with plan managers who want straightforward invoicing.
Every clean is quoted upfront against the NDIS Price Guide so there are no surprises after the visit.

Booked weekly NDIS cleaning services for our adult son's place in Norwood. Same cleaner each visit, calls ahead, and respects the routines we've spent years setting up. Easy to communicate around appointments and supports.
We're a support coordinator and use this team for several Adelaide clients. Reliable scheduling, plain-language quotes, and they handle the small stuff like ringing the bell rather than knocking when one of our participants asks. Adds up to less stress for the people we support.
